- Freshdesk tickets are created as ByDesign Service requests and service orders using Webhook.
- ByDesign Service request notes information and Fresh-desk Ticket conversations are mutually integrated.
- ByDesign service request status is updated to corresponding status in Fresh-desk tickets.
