Would you like to send your customer a professional email with 2308 Release information? You can with ease here. Simply click the link to the Self-Service E-mail Tool, if you haven’t registered click Register and create a password. From there you’ll be able to quickly send the email directly to your customer using their email contact information. The goal is to have release information come from the customers trusted advisor, to help notify customers of the new tools design to simplify innovation and help achieve maximum business value from their cloud solution.

Where can customers & partners access this new tool?

• The Release Navigator for Intelligent Spend Management and SAP Business Network will be accessible through the SAP Enterprise Support value map for Intelligent Spend Management and SAP Business Network. Value maps provides customers self-paced learnings, expert-led live sessions, collaborative forums and access to SAP experts; all included as part of their SAP Cloud Solution subscription.

Customer Access:

1. Go to https://support.sap.com/valuemaps


2. Click on Sign Up or Access Value Maps buttons depending on whether they are registered to SAP Learning Hub, edition for Enterprise Support.
