The Agent Desktop lacks native integration for SAP functions like Opportunity, Sales Quote, and Sales Order. To address this gap, we're utilizing custom-built Apps to enable the creation of these business Objects.

Once business  Objects are created, it seamlessly appears in the timeline for enhanced visibility and tracking. 😊

Prerequisites:

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

  • SAP Build Apps


Procedure:

Step 1: Access your Build Apps account and log in.

Step 2: Activate authentication, navigate to the Data section, and enable the data entity associated with Sales Order.


Step 3: Customize the Sales Order page according to your specifications. Repeate this process for both Opportunity and Sales Quote pages.


Step 4: On Save Button write the logic for creating the Order


Step 5: Build your app and get the URL and embedded in C4C as Mashup

Step 6: Input the pertinent information, and upon completion, click the Save button.
