UPDATE 1: 5:42 a.m. ET 4/21/2023: Dalian Wanda Group has told certain investors that lenders holding over one-third of its $1.3 billion offshore USD loans have agreed not to trigger a put option under the loans until Nov. 30, said two sources familiar with the matter citing the company.
