UPDATE 2: 5:05 a.m. ET 3/29/2023: Azure Power, the Indian renewable company focused on solar power, has started sounding out some of its bank lenders about extending the deadline to the end of June to publish its audited financial results for the fiscal year 2021-2022 ending March 31, 2022, two sources said. While no official letter has been sent to the lenders, the company’s management has informed some of the lenders about the delay, the sources added.
