Hilding Anders is in the process of selling its stake in its Russian joint venture Askona back to minority shareholder Vladimir Sedov. The Sweden-based mattress group is also looking to raise a €20 million super senior facility to bolster liquidity, which will be repaid from the proceeds of the disposal, sources said.
