Iconic Brands Inc., an Amityville, N.Y.-based vertically integrated company that provides wine and spirits, ready to drink alcohol ice pops and cocktails and mixers in the “‘Better-for-You’, ‘Better-for-the-Planet’ categories,” according to its website, was the subject of an involuntary chapter 11 petition filed today in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. The case number is 23-73829.
