UPDATE 1: 2:38 p.m. ET 2/15/2024: Amazon aggregator Thrasio is preparing to file chapter 11 in New Jersey, according to sources.
The company is also lining up DIP financing, the sources said.
Thrasio did not respond to a request for comment.
