Norwegian home security system group Sector Alarm’s earnings continued to drop in the first quarter as its churn rate jumped and customer acquisition costs increased, sources said.

Revenue grew 13.9% year over year to 835 million Norwegian kroner ($75.7 million) in the first quarter from NOK 733 million the same quarter a year earlier. The growth was partly driven by the weakening of the Norwegian krone versus the euro, however, revenue was still up 9% in constant currency.
