Median Kliniken, the German acute care provider and owner of U.K. peer Priory Group, continued to struggle in May as rising costs outpaced revenue growth, sources said.
Median’s occupancy rates reached 85.1% in May, which was up 2.7 percentage points versus the same month last year, but fell short of budget again by 3.7 percentage points.
